Cordless and Hand Tools and Accessories

My favorite uncle (Charlie) told me many times in my youth that "The sweet taste of a cheap price is quickly lost to the bitterness of poor quality".  Having spent over a quarter century as a builder/remodeler (see my poem The Y2K Cowboy) I have proven his adage to be absolute fact.  Pretty smart old fellow!

Fix It Fast, Anywhere !

You will find on these pages that I favor Makita cordless tools and KD hand tools.  I have good reason to.  I have over the years had about every brand of tool out there.  I have broken enough to fill a semi truck!  I have NEVER broken a Makita tool.  I did after over ten years of nearly daily use have to replace a switch on a Makita cordless drill and after about 15 years of nearly daily use had to replace the batteries and the charger. My Makita tools have literaly been dropped from the top of an 8 foot ladder onto concrete and taken right back up and put back to work with nothing more than a few scratches!!  I call that a super tool!!  I have had similar results with KD mechanics tools.  These are the reasons you find these brands favored here.  

Many of the tools and accompanying products you will find here (especially the brand name) I have used and sometimes abused for many years. If I had disappointing results with a brand of tool, you won't find it in my listings. Only the best for me. Only the best for you.
