Q--Is this site secure to shop at ? A--Yes. We use ECHO (Electronic Clearing HOuse) and PayPal only for payment. This means we will never see any of your information except the shipping address and your email address. Q--Do you give, trade or sell any information to anyone else ? In other words, will I be put on an email list and get a bunch of spam ? A--NO ! Q--Will your tents really fit my SUV ? A--We have tents to fit over the back of SUVs and cars as well as tents that fit in the bed of nearly any size pickup truck. Q--How soon will my order be shipped ? A--Nearly all orders will be shipped within one or two business days after your order is placed and payment is verified. There are a few items that are delayed occasionally, but if this happens you will be notified as soon as possible. Q--I looked at the Alpen binoculars and scopes etc. Are they really as good as you say ? A--In a word: Yes. As with many of our products, Alpen Optics come with a lifetime warranty. They are among the top grade optics made in the world, but at a greatly reduced price. We carry only the best quality gear, whether it is binoculars or tents or inflatable boats, canoes or kayaks. Q--I read that they took the claw end of a claw hammer and tried to puncture a Sea Eagle boat with it. Is that true ? A--Yes. I saw the video of that test. Very impressive ! All the Sea Eagle kayaks, canoes, catamarans and yacht tenders are super tough and have a 3 year factory warranty on them. Q--Do you keep any of my personal information ? A-- Only your name, address and email are kept in our files. Q--What is your returns policy ? A--Our returns policy and cancelation policy is found at our Store Policies page. Q--Have you honestly owned and used all the tools and gear you have here ? A--No, not by a long shot. I have owned and do now own and use many of the tools and equipment found here. I chose the gear I sell here because of my own experience with them or their brand names such as Sea Eagle, Victorinox, Leatherman, SK Tools, FoldLite, Mag Lite and others. The rest were chosen because of their reputation of being top quality manufacturers and their excellent warranties. Q--How can I contact you ?
